You’ll build a caseload you’re excited about, work toward real-world outcomes, and be backed by a supportive and experienced clinicians who cheer you on, challenge you, and never let you feel like you’re doing this alone. With dedicated admin time, achievable targets and ongoing PD, you’ll have the space to do the kind of therapy you’re proud of.
You will:
- Deliver functional, evidence-based therapy that changes lives in real-time.
- Support clients across home, community, school or telehealth settings — wherever impact is greatest.
- Shape your caseload around your interest areas + future career direction.
- Write reports and notes that reflect meaningful progress within your dedicated admin time that contributes to your KPIs!
- Collaborate closely with your pod of 5–6 and collaborate with 100+ peers across that state and nationwide.
- Receive weekly 1:1s + Mentorship + PD through the Pinq Academy + $1000 external PD budget per year to keep your growth sharp.
- Contribute to case discussions at monthly CCRs, in-service sessions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and trust — no micromanaging here.
Requirements
We’re looking for clinicians who bring curiosity, care and a spark — not just a qualification. Someone who loves problem-solving, values real connection, and wants to make therapy feel empowering for every person they meet.
You’ll need:
- A suitable qualification in Speech Pathology/ Occupational Therapy.
- SPA / AHPRA membership
- Strong communication skills — written, spoken and everything in between.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a tight-knit MDT.
- A commitment to person-centred, strengths-based support and ethical practice.
- A reliable car + full driver’s licence.
